
Dr. Swapna Putta is a board-certified neurologist with specialized expertise in epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology. She completed her medical education at Sri Venkateswara Medical College in Tirupathi, followed by a neurology residency at the University of Arizona. She then pursued advanced fellowship training in epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology at Mass General Brigham in Boston.
Dr. Putta currently serves as Director of the EEG Lab at South Shore Hospital and is a faculty instructor at Harvard Medical School. She provides both inpatient and outpatient neurological care, with a clinical focus on epilepsy and headache disorders. Her work combines academic leadership, advanced diagnostics, and compassionate patient-centered care.
